Well, more monthly prizes have been announced, and the Chudleigh branch of Woods has a winner!

Woods valued a well-presented two-bedroom terrace house in a cul-de-sac close to Chudleigh high street for Jenny Cook on 7^th April. Ms Cook was entered into the draw and was chosen at random as one of the monthly winners of £100 to spend in her local garden centre.

Ms Cook very much wanted to support local business and was presented with her prize – a £100 voucher for Chudleigh DIY – last week. She was looking forward to browsing their selection of plants and gardening equipment.

Ms Cook’s home isn’t yet on the market, but it would make an ideal choice for someone looking to take their first steps on the property ladder.
