Well-known Teignbridge estate agent, Dexter Allsworth, has branched out with a new venture making him the managing director of Allsworth Property, a new modern estate agency created by Dexter using his 20 years local knowledge and experience in the local property market.

Allsworth Property, based in the former Woods offices on Queen Street in Newton Abbot, held a launch event on Saturday attracting friends, family, associates, shoppers, clients old
and new, and others including town planner Sally Henley, to celebrate with Dexter along with
his wife, Hanna and their children, George, 7, Harriet 3, and three-month-old Beatrice.

At the event, Mayor of Newton Abbot, Councillor Carol Bunday, cut a yellow ribbon todeclare the office officially open for business.

The Allsworth’s office is resplendent inside and out with its eye-catching branding in a simple colour palette of white, dark grey and striking yellow.

The distinctive logo incorporates the A for Allsworths and an almost full circle depicting the
full-scale service offered by Dexter and his loyal team of property professionals, from valuation to offer negotiation, completion and beyond, including assisting the flow of legal work and expert advice on the mortgage and rental markets and even removals.
