To mark the beginning of 2023, independent estate agencies across the Southwest have
launched a New Year Giveaway, which will produce two cash winners every month as well
as awarding a grand prize of £2,023 to one lucky homeowner.

From now until the end of April, all homeowners who choose a member of the Experts in
Property network to value their home for sale or rental purposes will be entered into the
Giveaway for no less than nine chances to win a cash prize.

The network ran similar promotions during 2022 and awarded prizes totalling £6,044. Two
winners – in Hayle and Kingsteignton, who had their homes valued by Berwicks and Woods
respectively – each scooped a grand prize of £2,022. There were two £500 winners – in
Paignton and Launceston, who were entered by Woods Bryce Baker and View Property; and
four homeowners – in Dartmouth, Tregadillet and two in Nailsea – had valuations by
Freeborns, View Property, Hensons and Parkers and won £250 each.

The route to entry couldn’t be simpler – just find your local Experts in Property agent and
invite them to value your property. The service is absolutely free of charge and without
obligation. While they’re there, the valuer will complete a basic entry form and then send it
off to the Experts in Property HQ to go into the ‘hat’. Two winners will be drawn every
month, each bagging £202.30. Then, at the beginning of May, the grand prize winner will be
randomly selected, and they will receive £2,023 to spend on anything they choose –
decorating or furnishing their new home, something special for the garden or maybe a
holiday, who knows!

Members of the Experts in Property are all independent, well-established and highly
trusted local estate agencies with excellent reputations built upon their expertise, knowledge
of their local property market and their ability to get homes sold in good time at the best
