Fully subsidised training from the Experts in Property

Fully subsidised training from the Experts in Property

the Experts in Property, the network for independent estate agents across the South West, is providing a programme of training courses absolutely free of charge to its members for the foreseeable future.

The wide-ranging selection of industry training sourced and provided by the network covers every aspect of selling and letting property, and usually comes heavily subsidised as just one of the benefits of membership.

For the time being, in the aftermath of the pandemic, the Experts in Property is going all out to support its members in offering continuous training development to their staff and as a result, the best possible service to their clients – not just heavily subsidised, but totally subsidised, for principals, managers and any number of their agency staff.

Already, tens of agents have attended the first of the fully subsidised, very apt courses.

Delivered via live webinar, the highly sought-after Facebook marketing strategist, Paul Long, furnished the agents with knowledge and step by step instructions on setting up and promoting Facebook live virtual open house viewings and events for higher lead generation and greater online campaign success.

Top online training service, The Able Agent, ran an interactive training session exclusively for the Experts in Property members, designed to help support businesses with staff proactively working from home and focussed on assuring customer service standards as well as driving business generation.

Coming up are more sessions with Paul Long, and dates will soon be announced for the popular Sales Progression and A-Z of Estate Agency courses with trainer and development consultant, Nina Carroll. The network is also arranging sessions with industry trainer and business mentor, Stephen J Brown, among others.

Steve Moir, chairman of the Experts in Property, said: “We are thrilled to provide a fully subsidised training programme for our members at this time. The network exists for its members and we are doing everything we can to support them, their businesses, their staff and their customers.”

the Experts in Property currently has almost 70 member offices spread throughout the South West of England, from St Ives to Poole and Bristol as well as a London office and is expanding as more agencies are attracted by the value in the benefits of membership and the support they receive. In addition to the exceptional training opportunities, members also enjoy marketing support, collective promotions and incentives, cost savings, additional revenue schemes, knowledge sharing and access to retained PR, social media marketing and HR consultants.

The Experts in Property Spring Prize Draw incentive, a scheme to attract more instructions, is currently underway. As well as prizes for homeowners, the network is awarding prizes to offices as well as individual staff members.
