Kingskerswell resident wins cash prize with Woods

Woods Homes has presented a Kingskerswell resident with a cash prize as the winner of a mini-draw in the Experts in Property’s New Year Giveaway.

Linda Bennet had her property valued by the Kingsteignton branch of Woods Homes back in February, which gained her entry into the promotion, which is awarding two prizes of £202.30 every month leading to a grand prize draw in May for one lucky homeowner to win the princely sum of £2,023.

The Southwest estate agency network launched its New Year Giveaway to mark the beginning of 2023. All homeowners need to do to qualify for entry is have their property valued by one of the network’s 60+ local estate agency member branches before 30th April. Miss Bennett won one of the month-end mini-draw prizes and her entry goes back into the ‘hat’ for a chance of winning the big cash prize in the spring.

Miss Bennett invited Woods to value her home in Kingskerswell – a detached bungalow with two double bedrooms, driveway with ample parking, well-maintained gardens and views in a lovely position at the end of a cul-de-sac – but has decided not to move home for now.

Julie Copsey at Woods in Kingsteignton said: “I’m so pleased for Linda. She was absolutely thrilled to have won the prize and said she’d never won anything before. It’s a shame she didn’t put her bungalow on the market, but we’ll be here to help her if and when she decides to move in the future.”

Time is running out to be entered into the New Year Giveaway. Invite Woods or any other member of the Experts in Property network to value your home by 30th April for a chance to win a cash prize. To find your nearest branch, click here.
