The Launceston branch of View Property has presented a Coads Green couple with a cash prize as winners of a mini draw in the Experts in Property’s New Year Giveaway.

Mr and Mrs Wood had their property valued by View Property’s Launceston office back in March, which gained them entry into the promotion, which is awarding two prizes of £202.30 every month leading to a grand prize draw for one lucky homeowner to win the princely sum of £2,023.

The Southwest estate agency network launched its New Year Giveaway to mark the beginning of 2023. All homeowners needed to do to qualify for entry was to have their property valued by one of the network’s 60+ local estate agency member branches before 30^th April. Mr and Mrs Wood won one of the month-end mini draw prizes and their entry goes back into the ‘hat’ for a chance of winning the big cash prize this month.

Mr and Mrs Wood invited View Property to value their home – an individually-built detached house with three bedrooms, driveway and integral garage, front and rear gardens and views over the surrounding countryside in the village of Coads Green, around seven miles from Launceston – but have decided not to move home for now.

Suzi Orman, negotiator at View Property, said: “I’m so pleased for Mr and Mrs Wood. They were thrilled to have won the prize. It’s a shame they didn’t put their house on the market, but we’ll be here to help them if and when they decide to move in the future.”
