Time is running out for homeowners across the Southwest to enter the Experts in Property’s New Year Giveaway. Those considering putting their house on the market will be in with a chance of winning the grand sum of £2,023 if they request a property valuation before the 30^th April deadline.

The New Year Giveaway was launched to mark the beginning of 2023. Until the end of this month, all homeowners who invite a member of the Experts in Property network to value their home – with no cost and no obligation – will be entered into the draw, which has also produced two mini-draw winners of £202.30 every month since January, and there is still a chance of winning mini-draw prizes too.

Mini-draw winners in the New Year Giveaway so far have been based in East Cornwall, the South Hams, Teignbridge and North Somerset.
