Westcoast Properties has presented a Highbridge couple with a cash prize as winners of a mini draw in the Experts in Property’s New Year Giveaway.

Mr and Mrs Holderness had their property valued by the Burnham on Sea branch of Westcoast Properties back in February, which gained them entry into the promotion, which is awarding two prizes of £202.30 every month, leading to a grand prize draw in May for one lucky homeowner to win the princely sum of £2,023.

The Southwest estate agency network launched its New Year Giveaway to mark the beginning of 2023. All homeowners had to do to qualify for entry was have their property valued by one of the network’s 60+ local estate agency member branches before 30^th April. Mr and Mrs Holderness won one of the month-end mini draw prizes and their entry goes back into the ‘hat’ for a chance of winning the big cash prize in the spring.

The couple invited the Burnham-on-Sea branch of Westcoast Properties to value their three-bedroom detached family home in Highbridge and on describing what they were looking for in their next home, the negotiator suggested they look at the Notaro New Homes’ Cavalla Mews development in Berrow, also being marketed by the agency. Westcoast arranged viewings for both parties and subsequently negotiated a Part Exchange deal on the properties.

Mr and Mrs Holderness collected their prize from the Westcoast office in Burnham last week. The couple are delighted to have won the money and plan to spend it on soft furnishings for their new home.
