19 May Winning London venue for Westcountry Property Exhibition
The new venue chosen by the Experts in Property for its Westcountry Property Exhibition last week proved to be a winner with more exposure for clients’ properties than ever before.
The southwest network of 60+ independent estate agency offices previously joined forces with independent agencies in London to host its property exhibitions, but last week’s event held at The DoubleTree by Hilton London Kingston Upon Thames hotel attracted potential buyers from far and wide.
In the heart of Kingston Upon Thames, the landmark hotel is easily accessible from the surrounding affluent areas of Richmond, Hounslow, Wimbledon, Surbiton and Hampton as well as the City and beyond. A great range of potential buyers attended the exhibition, which also caught the attention of guests and other visitors to the hotel.
Given the exceptionally high house prices in the Southwest London area, many families are looking to relocate to more affordable areas, and for a better lifestyle. Designed to directly target those potential buyers, the exhibition showcased property for sale throughout Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Bristol and a number of our estate agents made the trip to the Capital to chat with them about our region, discuss any specific areas of interest and to match properties to their needs.

We have held regular exhibitions in the Capital for years but have taken a long break due to the pandemic and this event was our ‘relaunch’ back into the London market. The DoubleTree by Hilton London Kingston Upon Thames was a perfect choice and we’re now planning our next exhibition, which will be held at the same venue later in the year.”
